Illumination and

 radiance

 of the gospel

There should be illumination and radiance when preaching the gospel

When preaching, God shines in the listeners' hearts, not only presenting facts but also glory

Help people call on the Lord's name, bring them to Christ, experience God's shining

2 Cor. 4:6 "For God, who said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God's glory displayed in the face of Christ."

Treasure

in

earthen vessels

God puts Christ as a treasure in us, the earthen vessels

Christ is the embodiment of God, becoming our life and everything

Those who receive the gospel obtain Christ as a treasure, becoming vessels containing the treasure

2 Cor. 4:7 "But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us."

Manifestation of

 divine power

The treasure in earthen vessels reveals God's surpassing power

The weak become powerful because of the indwelling Christ

Apostles can live a crucified life, supplying the life of Christ's resurrection

Phil. 4:13 "I can do all things through Him who strengthens me."

The ministry

of the

 new covenant

Earthen vessels become ministers of the new covenant due to the indwelling treasure

Worthless vessels have an invaluable ministry because of the treasure

Apostles serve by the power of the treasure, manifesting God's great power

2 Cor. 3:6 "He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant—not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life."
