Compound Anointing Oil and God's heart's desire, will, Economy

Exo 30:24 "And of olive oil a hin"

Exo 30:23 "Take also for yourself the finest of spices: of flowing myrrh five hundred shekels"

Exo 30:23 "and of fragrant cinnamon half as much, two hundred and fifty"

Exo 30:23 "and of fragrant cane two hundred and fifty"

Exo 30:24 "and of cassia five hundred"

John 19:39 "Nicodemus, who had first come to Him by night, also came, bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about a hundred pounds weight."

Mark 15:23 "They tried to give Him wine mixed with myrrh; but He did not take it."

John 1:32 "John testified saying, 'I have seen the Spirit descending as a dove out of heaven, and He remained upon Him.'"

1 Cor 15:4 "and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures"

God's Will, Purpose, Economy, Plan, Redemption, and Salvation:

1. 1. God's Will: To dispense Himself into man, making man the same as Him in life and nature
   • Example: Believers being conformed to the image of God's Son
   • Scriptures:
     • Rom 8:29 "For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren"
     • Eph 1:5 "He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will"

2. 2. God's Purpose: To make man His expression, manifesting His glory
   • Example: The church as the Body of Christ expressing God
   • Scriptures:
     • Eph 3:10-11 "so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places. This was in accordance with the eternal purpose which He carried out in Christ Jesus our Lord"
     • Col 1:27 "to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory."

3. 3. God's Economy: To dispense the riches of Christ into believers, constituting the Body of Christ
   • Example: Believers being built up to become God's dwelling place
   • Scriptures:
     • Eph 3:8-9 "To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ, and to bring to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God who created all things"
     • 1 Tim 1:4 "nor to pay attention to myths and endless genealogies, which give rise to mere speculation rather than furthering the administration of God which is by faith."

4. 4. God's Plan: To complete salvation through incarnation, crucifixion, and resurrection to become the life-giving Spirit
   • Example: The entire process of Christ's incarnation, death, and resurrection
   • Scriptures:
     • John 1:14 "And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth."
     • 1 Cor 15:45 "So also it is written, 'The first man, Adam, became a living soul.' The last Adam became a life-giving spirit."

5. 5. God's Redemption: Judicially satisfying God's righteous requirements, organically imparting God's life to man
   • Example: Justification by faith and reigning in life
   • Scriptures:
     • Rom 3:24 "being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus"
     • Rom 5:17 "For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ."

6. 6. God's Salvation: Causing believers to grow in God's life, mature, and ultimately be built up as the New Jerusalem
   • Example: Believers growing in life, becoming God's dwelling place
   • Scriptures:
     • 1 Pet 2:2 "like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation"
     • Rev 21:2-3 "And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, 'Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them'"

Conclusion: The compound anointing oil typifies the life-giving Spirit, which contains all the elements and effectiveness of Christ's death and resurrection. Through this Spirit, God dispenses Himself into believers, fulfilling His will, purpose, economy, plan, redemption, and salvation, joining, blending, and incorporating man with God, ultimately to become God's full expression.
